All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time:
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a **shipment confirmation email** once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select pin codes. Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India

6. Delays and Lost Packages
